Providence St Vincent Medical Center is seeking a Physical Therapist – Neuro Rehab for a full-time day schedule in Portland, OR. The role focuses on skilled PT care for patients with a variety of neurological conditions, tailoring evaluations and treatments to individual needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy completed from an accredited program.
• Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy completed from an accredited program.
• D.P.T. completed from an accredited program.
• Oregon Physical Therapist license obtained or eligible.
• License in states where care is delivered as applicable.
• National Provider BLS certification from American Heart Association.

Physical Therapist - Neuro Rehab at Providence St Vincent Medical Center - Full-Time, Day Schedule

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus for eligible rehires and external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions of payment.

The Physical Therapist manages and provides skilled physical therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account the individual patient special physical or age-related needs. Requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with the individual functional level and potential.

Pay Range: $49.65 - $77.08
