Job summary

Providence Hood River Memorial Hospital is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver orthopedic and pelvic health care in an outpatient setting. You will evaluate patients, design targeted treatment programs, and collaborate with the care team to maximize independence and function.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in Oregon upon hire.
• D.P.T./Master's/Bachelor's degree from an accredited PT program.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled outpatient physical therapy for orthopedic and pelvic health patients.

The Physical Therapist manages and provides skilled physical therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account the individual patient special physical or age-related needs. Requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with the individual functional level and potential.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree - From an accredited Physical Therapy Program or,
• Master's Degree - From an accredited Physical Therapy Program or,
• D.P.T. - From an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Coursework/Training - Occasionally a position will require specialized physical therapy training to meet a particular department need.
• Oregon Physical Therapist License upon hire.
• License in states wherever care is delivered
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• Occasionally a position will require specialized physical therapy experience to meet a particular department need.

Pay Range: $46.29 - $71.85
