RTS Physical Therapy is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join our fast-paced outpatient orthopedic team. The position offers full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunities across multiple Texas locations.

Ideal candidates hold a DPT or MPT, are licensed in Texas or eligible, and excel in hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education. You will collaborate with clinicians to deliver exceptional care and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• DPT or MPT degree from an accredited program.
• Current Texas PT license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional outcomes.
• Provide hands-on manual therapy and therapeutic exercise interventions.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation within EMR systems.
• Collaborate with clinical staff and referring providers to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery, and wellness strategies.
• Contribute to a positive clinic culture and patient experience.
