Job summary

Magnolia Physical Therapy, a privately owned outpatient orthopedic clinic in Texas, is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) who is passionate about helping patients return to activity. You will manage your own caseload from evaluation through discharge, building meaningful relationships and creating personalized treatment plans that deliver lasting results.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Texas PT license or ability to obtain licensure prior to start date.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic or sports rehabilitation preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education abilities.
• Compassionate, team-oriented, and self-motivated professional.
• Two or more years of experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to support patient recovery.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and care teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Uphold a positive, motivating clinic environment that supports patient outcomes.
