Therapy Partners of North Texas in Fort Worth, Texas, is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist for a full-time outpatient clinic. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a caring team to deliver top‑notch care.

New grads can earn $80–85K base (up to $85–90K with TIP and signing bonus); experienced clinicians may reach $85–92K plus TIP. Excellent benefits include 401k, health and dental insurance, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE‑accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• 0–5 years of outpatient experience.
• Functional exercise with manual skills in a progressive mindset.
• Excellent patient care and communication skills with the ability to multitask.
• Outgoing and energetic personality, with a focus on having fun while you work.
• A passion for physical therapy and patient care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Perform physical therapy treatments using various therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards.

Additional Information

• $80-85K base salary for new grads ($85-90K w/ TIP, plus sign on bonus options!)
• $85-92K base salary for experienced clinicians, based on experience level ($90-100K+ w/ TIP, plus sign on bonus options!)
