Job summary

Golden State Orthopedics & Spine is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our orthopedic team in California. New graduates are welcome, with a mentorship program offering guidance while working in our orthopedic facilities.

Responsibilities include performing PT evaluations and treatments, directing patient care, supervising PTAs and non-licensed staff, and coordinating with physicians to address patient issues. California licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Must graduate from an accredited physical therapy program.
• California PT license required or actively licensed.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform Physical Therapy Evaluations and Treatments.
• Direct patient care planning and implementation.
• Supervise PTAs and non-licensed staff as applicable.
• Monitor patient progress and re-evaluate as needed.
• Coordinate with physicians and other practitioners on patient care.

About the Role

• GSOS is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team. New and Experienced Therapist are welcomed! For our new graduate PT's our mentorship program offers guidance and opportunity to learn while in the setting of our orthopedic facilities.

What You'll Do

• Performing Physical Therapy Evaluations
• Performing Physical Therapy Treatments
• Directing patient care
• Supervising with active participation of PTAs and non-licensed providers
• Supervising patient progress and re-evaluate appropriately
• Coordinating with physicians and other practitioners for patient issues.

What We're Looking For:

• Graduate from an accredited PT program
• Licensed in the state of California
• Outpatient Orthopedic experience a plus
