Job summary

Golden State Orthopedics & Spine in California is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team. New grads welcome through mentorship.

You will perform evaluations, treatments, and coordinate with physicians to optimize patient outcomes. CA license is required. We offer a sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package includingMedical insurance, 401k, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in California.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical therapy evaluations.
• Perform physical therapy treatments.
• Direct patient care.
• Supervise PTAs and non-licensed providers with active participation.
• Monitor patient progress and re-evaluate as needed.
• Coordinate with physicians and other practitioners on patient issues.

About the Role

• GSOS is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team. New and Experienced Therapist are welcomed! For our new graduate PT’s our mentorship program offers guidance and opportunity to learn while in the setting of our orthopedic facilities.

What You'll Do

• Performing Physical Therapy Evaluations
• Performing Physical Therapy Treatments
• Directing patient care
• Supervising with active participation of PTAs and non-licensed providers
• Supervising patient progress and re-evaluate appropriately
• Coordinating with physicians and other practitioners for patient issues.

What We’re Looking For:

• Graduate from an accredited PT program
• Licensed in the state of California
• Outpatient Orthopedic experience a plus
