Job summary

Golden State Orthopedics & Spine is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team in California. We provide mentorship for new grads, case reviews, and hands-on training to ensure excellent patient care.

Responsibilities include performing evaluations and treatments, directing patient care, supervising PTAs, tracking progress, and coordinating with physicians to optimize outcomes. California licensure and accreditation are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited PT program.
• Licensed in the state of California.
• Outpatient Orthopedic experience a plus.

About the Role

• Currently, GSOS is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team. New and Experienced Therapist are welcomed! As part of our Physical Therapy team,we offer New Grad's a Mentorship program. Learn from our senior PTson everything from evaluation and treatment of complex diagnoses. Mentorship includes case study reviews, hands on training, and participation in our patient care conferences to review treatment plans.

What You'll Do

• Performing Physical Therapy Evaluations

What We're Looking For

• Graduate from an accredited PT program


• Licensed in the state of California


• Outpatient Orthopedic experience a plus

Our Mentorship Program Includes

• Weekly meetings with senior PT to review and practice manual techniques, muscle testing, discuss clinical decision making, review and discuss Post Op protocols


• Co treats with senior PT to work 1:1 during meeting times


• Review journal articles and discuss with mentor to encourage critical thinking
