Job summary

Golden State Orthopedics & Spine is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team in Capitola, California. We welcome both new grads and experienced therapists, with a mentorship program designed to develop evaluation and treatment skills for complex diagnoses.

You will evaluate patients, provide PT treatments, supervise PTAs, and coordinate with physicians to optimize care. We offer a supportive, collaborative work environment, opportunities for advancement, and benefits

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited PT program.
• Licensed in the state of California.
• Outpatient Orthopedic experience a plus.

About the Role

• Currently, GSOS is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team. New and Experienced Therapist are welcomed! As part of our Physical Therapy team,we offer New Grad's a Mentorship program. Learn from our senior PTson everything from evaluation and treatment of complex diagnoses. Mentorship includes case study reviews, hands on training, and participation in our patient care conferences to review treatment plans.

What You'll Do

• Performing Physical Therapy Evaluations


• Performing Physical Therapy Treatments

What We're Looking For

• Graduate from an accredited PT program


• Licensed in the state of California


• Outpatient Orthopedic experience a plus

Our Mentorship Program Includes

• Weekly meetings with senior PT to review and practice manual techniques, muscle testing, discuss clinical decision making, review and discuss Post Op protocols


• Co treats with senior PT to work 1:1 during meeting times


• Review journal articles and discuss with mentor to encourage critical thinking
