Job summary

Golden State Orthopedics & Spine is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedics team in California. New graduates welcome with access to a mentorship program designed to guide you through early practice in our orthopedic facilities.

You will evaluate and treat patients, direct care, and collaborate with physicians and PTAs to ensure optimal outcomes while maintaining a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited PT program.
• Licensed to practice physical therapy in California.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical therapy evaluations.
• Perform physical therapy treatments.
• Direct patient care.
• Supervise PTAs and non-licensed staff with active participation.
• Monitor patient progress and re-evaluate as needed.
• Coordinate with physicians and other practitioners on patient issues.

About the Role

• GSOS is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team. New and Experienced Therapist are welcomed! For our new graduate PT’s our mentorship program offers guidance and opportunity to learn while in the setting of our orthopedic facilities.

What You'll Do

• Performing Physical Therapy Evaluations


• Performing Physical Therapy Treatments


• Directing patient care


• Supervising with active participation of PTAs and non-licensed providers


• Supervising patient progress and re-evaluate appropriately


• Coordinating with physicians and other practitioners for patient issues.

What We're Looking For:

• Graduate from an accredited PT program


• Licensed in the state of California


• Outpatient Orthopedic experience a plus
