DYNAMIC MEDICAL CENTERS in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological, and vestibular conditions.

You will develop individualized treatment plans, educate patients and families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote injury prevention and wellness. The role emphasizes evidence-based care and detailed documentation.

Qualifications

• DPT from an accredited program.
• Current Virginia Physical Therapist license.
• Experience in outpatient, orthopedic, neurological, or sports therapy preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, treatment, and patient education skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological, and vestibular conditions.
• Provide evidence-based orthopedic and sports therapy services.
• Support sports performance enhancement and injury prevention programs.
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans to support recovery and long term wellness.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, wellness strategies, and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with standards.
