Job summary

Cook Children’s Medical Center in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver skilled care to patients and families on the First Shift. You will assess and treat musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, neurological, respiratory, developmental and pain-related conditions with evidence-based practice and collaborative decision-making.

The role emphasizes teamwork, customer relations, and sound clinical judgment to support patient recovery within the Fort Worth Rehabilitation Center.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy required.
• BLS certification within 30 days of employment required.
• State license for Physical Therapy or licensure eligible.

Location: Fort Worth Rehabilitation Center Department: Rehab-South Ft. Worth Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Standard Weekly Hours: 40

Summary: The Physical Therapist will deliver competent and skilled care to patients and families according to their identified needs. The Physical Therapist will deliver care with a team-orientation, an emphasis on good customer relations, sound clinical judgment and appropriate decision-making abilities that take into consideration evidenced based practice. The Physical Therapist assesses and implements direct service for patients for the following: musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, neurological, respiratory, developmental and pain disorders.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy
• BLS certification within 30 days of employment required
• State license for Physical Therapy or licensure eligible
