StaffMED Health Partners, LLC in Huntington, IN is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join a respected outpatient team. You will deliver high-quality PT services, develop personalized treatment plans, and supervise assistants within a supportive clinical setting.

The role involves advancing patient outcomes, collaborating with caregivers and physicians, and documenting progress accurately. CPR certification and an active PT license are required to start.

Formación

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited physical therapy program.
• Completed outpatient orthopedic clinical rotation.
• Active State Physical Therapy License/Registration required to start.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week with possible early/late shifts.
• CPR certification required.
