Putnam County Hospital Rehabilitation in Greencastle, IN is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join a dynamic team. You will work 1:1 with patients in a newly renovated gym with advanced equipment, delivering highly personalized, patient-centered care with a flexible 4- or 5-day schedule.

Qualifications

• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Indiana.

• BLS certification (American Heart Association).
• Strong communication, leadership, and time management skills.
• EMR documentation experience.
