Select Physical Therapy in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team. You’ll treat a diverse caseload across ages and conditions, with opportunities for mentorship and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice.
• CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.

Clinic Details:

Our physical therapy center in Fort Wayne, IN is looking for a licensed Physical Therapist who is a motivated self‑starter and passionate about growing professionally through mentorship and continued learning. As part of our dynamic outpatient orthopedic team, you’ll treat a diverse caseload spanning all ages and diagnoses, including acute and chronic conditions, post‑operative patients, vestibular and concussion rehab, neurological conditions, sports performance, and more.

1:1 mentorship provided for all new graduates!

Compensation:

• Salary starting at $75,000 up to $105,000 (Commensurate with experience)
• Up to $20,000 Sign On Bonus
• $350/ Monthly Student Debt Repayment Program
• Mileage Reimbursement between clinics provided

Location: Join our Fort Wayne team! This role includes working at our Lima Road, Dupont Road, and Maysville Road locations, with travel between sites as needed. Mileage reimbursement provided.
