Powers Health in Munster, Indiana seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver and supervise PT services as prescribed by the attending physician under the supervision of the Regional Director of Therapy Services.

Requires a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy and Indiana license or eligibility within 180 days. This full-time role offers an 80-hour pay period, a sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package with professional mentoring and career growth opportunities.

The Physical Therapist is a qualified professional who directs, supervises, evaluates and provides physical therapy services to patients as prescribed by the attending physician and under the supervision of the Regional Director of Therapy Services.

Education/Experience: Graduate of an accredited program in Physical Therapy with a minimum of a Master's degree in PT. State of Indiana Physical Therapy License required, or eligible for state licensure within 180 days.
