Qualifications:

• Education: Post graduate degree in Physical Therapy

• Provide comprehensive patient care through assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning in accordance with established protocols.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, including discharge planning for patients in various settings such as acute care, outpatient, and home health.
• Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to perform therapeutic exercises and interventions, ensuring optimal recovery.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation, adhering to medical terminology standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and support ongoing rehabilitation efforts.
