Position Summary:

The physical therapist (PT) is responsible for providing quality clinical care as part of a multidisciplinary team at the hospital and/or outpatient care centers as assigned. Demonstrates competency in evaluation and treatment, utilizing value-based care and evidence-based practices. Receives clinical review by the Rehab Regional Manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
• Licensed to practice physical therapy in the state of Florida
