Flagship Therapy is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our in-house rehab program in Fairfield, CA. The role involves screening, evaluation, and delivery of rehab interventions for geriatric patients, with emphasis on wound care and functional recovery.

The ideal candidate holds a valid Physical Therapist license; new grads are welcome. This position offers flexible PRN scheduling and competitive hourly pay based on experience.

• Licensed Physical Therapist required.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders; develop care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative interventions per regulatory and clinical standards.
• Administer procedures in the rehab plan including manual therapy, ambulation, exercises, modalities, devices, and wound care.
• Provide counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other providers regarding physical disorders.
• Generate discharge summaries ensuring regulatory and clinical compliance.

Join our IN-HOUSE Therapy Team as a dedicated PT!

Fairfield Post Acute Care in Fairfield, CA, is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric services provided. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are currently seeking a PRN Physical Therapist for our in-house rehab program!

PRN: Flexible schedule with work-life balance
Pay: $70 /hour based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct effective screening and evaluation of patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, developing appropriate care plans adhering to regulatory and clinical standards.


• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.


• Administer various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, use of supportive and assistive devices, and wound care.


• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.


• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries of services provided, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical requirements.

Qualifications:

Physical Therapist license is required.
