Job summary

AmeriWell Care is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to deliver in-home therapy to individuals with IDD throughout Middlesex County, NJ. The role offers flexible scheduling, strong team support, and meaningful one-on-one care in client homes.

Responsibilities include developing individualized treatment plans, helping clients improve mobility and balance, and collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams. Licensure in New Jersey is required to practice in home settings.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Physical Therapy License.
• Experience with IDD populations preferred (Not Necessary).
• Compassionate, patient-centered mindset.
• Reliable transportation for home visits.
