BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a full time or per diem position with our new Central NJ Senior Living team - a Medicare Certified home health office.
This office provides best-in-class care to adult and geriatric clients living in communities that include assisted living, independent living, senior congregate living, 55+ communities, and intermediate care facilities for clients with intellectual disabilities throughout Somerset, Middlesex, and Monmouth Counties.
This position may also include seeing clients in the traditional home health community setting.
Base Pay, depending upon qualifications and subject to negotiation:
$70.00 - $75.00 per point for full time
$75.00 - $80.00 per point for per diem
