Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program or near completion with licensure eligibility.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in Maryland or eligible for licensure.
• CPR and BLS certification required.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions, including mobility, strength, and functional abilities.
• Develop tailored treatment plans utilizing manual handling techniques, physiotherapy modalities, and evidence-based practices.
• Lead patient rehabilitation sessions focused on restoring mobility, managing disabilities, and improving daily functioning.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams to coordinate care plans and ensure seamless patient progress.

• Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment approaches to optimize recovery outcomes.
• Manage rehabilitation services operations, including documentation, compliance with regulations, and quality assurance.

Posterity Group LLC is a veteran owned, service-disabled small business, headquartered in Rockville, MD, that specializes in federal government contracting and staffing. We are working with VES (Veteran Evaluation Services) to staff Physical Therapists to provide their services to veterans in our Rockville, MD headquarters.

The Physical Therapist

is expected to perform the following:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions, including mobility, strength, and functional abilities
• Develop tailored treatment plans utilizing manual handling techniques, physiotherapy modalities, and evidence-based practices
• Lead patient rehabilitation sessions focused on restoring mobility, managing disabilities, and improving daily functioning
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams to coordinate care plans and ensure seamless patient progress

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program (candidates that are near completion of the degree requirements and will be eligible for licensure requirements will be considered).
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State of Maryland
• Must maintain license in good standing.
• Must be CPR certified
• Valid BLS
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
