A mission-driven Physical Therapist assesses, plans, and executes rehabilitative treatments to enhance mobility, reduce pain, and improve or correct disabling conditions caused by disease or injury.
Deliver evidence-based therapy, develop and adjust individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and healthcare teams, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and document patient progress. Provide education to patients, families, and staff, facilitate patient discharge planning, and supervise supportive personnel.
Master’s degree in physical therapy, licensure (DORA), and BLS certification required. Must have at least 1 year of PT experience or be a recent graduate with licensing. Knowledge of clinical reasoning, safety standards, and patient-centered care principles is essential. Strong problem-solving, active listening, and decision-making skills are needed, along with the ability to work collaboratively and educate others.
