Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services (VRNS) seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our home healthcare team in Dedham, MA. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and competitive compensation of up to $160 per visit, with mileage and licensure reimbursements available.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Your Role as a Home Care Physical Therapist (PT):

As a Physical Therapist (PT) with VRNS, you’ll provide skilled physical therapy services directly in patients’ homes. You’ll work closely with patients and their care teams to promote mobility, independence, safety, and quality of life. Your responsibilities may include:

• Providing comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
• Developing individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s needs

• Monitoring patient progress and modifying treatment plans as needed
• Collaborating with physicians and other members of the care team
• Completing accurate and timely electronic documentation

Requirements
