Job summary

Visiting Nurse & Community Care is a not-for-profit home health agency seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to develop and implement plans of care for patients in home health settings.

The role requires MA PT licensure, CPR, and excellent communication with patients and families. You will work with a supportive team to promote recovery and patient education while maintaining work/life balance.

Qualifications

• Current PT licensure in MA required.
• Two years experience in home health care, elder services, and/or public health preferred.
• Strong assessment skills needed.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer service orientation necessary.
• Ability to build rapport with patients.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Work with a friendly and supportive team of seasoned clinicians at an agency that understands the need for work/life balance.
