MercyOne in Davenport, IA is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide quality care across inpatient, outpatient and skilled settings, contributing to a mission of improving community health.

You will evaluate patients, develop and coordinate rehabilitation plans, ensure timely documentation, and supervise interns and staff while adhering to Iowa and Illinois practice acts.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Iowa state license or eligible for licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification within 6 months of employment.
• No experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide quality care to a variety of patients in a caring, professional and efficient manner including inpatient, outpatient, and skilled care
• Evaluate the patient's condition and develop, implement and coordinate a customized physical rehabilitation plan to enhance strength, flexibility, range of motion, motor control, skin integrity, balance, and functional mobility skills, with associated equipment as needed, as well as reduce pain and discomfort and prevent secondary impairments in neonatal, adolescent, adult and geriatric populations
• Complete necessary documentation in an accurate and timely manner
• Supervise clinical interns in an effective and professional manner and to supervise supportive staff effectively as required by Iowa and Illinois professional practice acts

As a Physical Therapist At MercyOne, You Will
