Job summary

MercyOne Genesis is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive home health PT services for pediatric through geriatric patients. You will document accurately and timely and supervise support staff as required by state practice acts.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy, licensure in Iowa or Illinois (with the second state license within 6 months), a valid driver’s license, minimum auto insurance, and Basic Life Support. No prior experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Licensure in Iowa or Illinois at time of hire; license in the second state within 6 months.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Auto Insurance - minimum limits.
• Basic Life Support.
• No experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients in homecare.
• Complete documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
• Supervise support staff as required by Iowa and Illinois professional practice acts.

General Requirements:
