Job summary

MercyOne Genesis seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive PT services for homecare patients across pediatric to geriatric groups. You will document thoroughly and supervise support staff as needed to meet Iowa/Illinois practice acts.

40 hours per week, day shifts, with licensure in IA or IL and a valid driver's license required. MercyOne Genesis emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care within a dedicated health system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Licensure in Iowa or Illinois required at time of hire; dual licensure within 6 months of hire.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Auto Insurance - minimum limits required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT services to pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric homecare patients.
• Complete documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
• Supervise support staff as required by state practice acts.
