Job summary

Shea Physical Therapy, part of the Confluent Health family, seeks a Licensed Physical Therapist to join a family-oriented team in Corpus Christi, TX. You’ll pursue Orthopedic and Sports Residencies while treating a diverse patient population in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).

Responsibilities

  • Applying clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and exam.
  • Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care reflecting patient goals, needs, and lifestyle.
  • Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
  • Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
  • Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for patients throughout recovery.

About

Compensation: $80K-92K + weekly productivity bonus based on patient volume, and average less than 12 patients per day.
