Texas Physical Therapy Specialists, a Confluent Health family member, seeks licensed Physical Therapists to deliver evidence-based care in a clinician-driven environment with mentorship and growth opportunities. With a low patient load (fewer than 12 per day) and a power scheduling model, you’ll control your caseload and deliver exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities include applying clinical reasoning, developing plans of care, and collaborating with a network of therapists and leaders.

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
• Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.

• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

About:

Compensation: $80K-99K Sign On Bonus of up to $5k + weekly bonus based on patient volume up to an additional ~$8k per year, average less than 12 patients per day, and virtually unlimited CEUs!
