Job summary

Emerald Nursing & Rehab Columbus is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our resident-centered rehab team in Columbus, Nebraska. This PRN (as needed) role collaborates with nursing staff and physicians to help residents regain mobility and independence.

You will conduct evaluations, design personalized treatment plans, deliver evidence-based interventions, document progress, and educate residents and families about goals and recovery expectations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Compassionate, resident-focused mindset and a passion for improving quality of life.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
