Responsibilities

1. Identify and meet patients’ goals and needs
2. Offer cost-effective treatments that help improve clients’ motion and mobility
3. Reduce the need for medications and provide alternatives to surgery
4. Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques
5. Create fitness- and wellness-oriented programs tailored to patients’ specific needs
6. Provide quality, personalized, and evidence-based care and proven interventions
7. Motivate patients during treatment to help them function optimally
8. Promote clients’ healthy lifestyles by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination
9. Consult and collaborate with other health professionals
10. Evaluate effects, monitor, and communicate progress
11. Document patient care services

Qualifications

1. Proven work experience as a physical therapist
2. Intensive education and clinical expertise
