Job summary

Physical Therapy Central, part of Confluent Health, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist in Oklahoma to join our outpatient orthopedics team. The role offers a generous compensation range ($80,000-$100,000) plus productivity incentives, a signing bonus up to $10K, and benefits including PTO, health/dental/vision, disability, and a 401(k) with employer match.

• Oklahoma licensure in good standing.
• 1 year outpatient orthopedics experience preferred; new grads encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing patients' medical history.
• Diagnosing patients by observing movements and listening to concerns.
• Developing individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Outlining clear goals and expected outcomes of the plan.
• Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage pain and improve mobility.
• Recording patient progress and modifying the plan of care as needed.
• Educating patients and family members about the recovery process.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in Oklahoma


• 1 Year Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred, new graduates strongly encouraged to apply


• Strong Manual Therapy and Clinical Reasoning Skills.

Education

• Graduate of Accredited Physical Therapy Program, licensed or eligible for licensure in State of Oklahoma.

Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 + inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
