Job summary

Confluent Health is seeking a Physical Therapist for our Physical Therapy Central location in Oklahoma. You will assess patients, design individualized treatment plans, and apply manual therapy and therapeutic exercises to restore function and reduce pain.

Ideal candidates hold Oklahoma PT licensure, with 1 year outpatient orthopedics experience; new graduates are welcome. Enjoy a supportive culture, mentorship, and clear development paths in a fast-growing practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Oklahoma.
• 1 year experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred; new grads encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Review patients' medical history and conditions.
• Diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Use exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Educate patients and families on the recovery plan and progress.
• Document progress and adjust plans as needed.

Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 + $5K Signing Bonus

Responsibilities

• Reviewing patients medical history
• Diagnosing patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns
• Developing individualized treatment plans for patients
• Outlining clear goals for patients and the expected outcomes of the plan
• Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury
• Recording patient progress and modifying the plan of care as needed
• Educating patients and family members about the recovery process associated with physical therapy

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in Oklahoma
• 1 Year Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred, new graduates strongly encouraged to apply
• Strong Manual Therapy and Clinical Reasoning Skills.

Education:

• Graduate of Accredited Physical Therapy Program, licensed or eligible for licensure in State of Oklahoma.
