Job summary

Physical Therapy Central, part of Confluent Health, seeks a Physical Therapist to deliver evidence-based outpatient orthopedics care in Oklahoma. The role emphasizes manual therapy, clinical reasoning, and a patient-centered approach within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Oklahoma license in good standing required.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing patients' medical history
• Diagnosing patients by observing movements and listening to concerns
• Developing individualized treatment plans for patients
• Outlining clear goals for patients and expected outcomes
• Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage pain and improve mobility
• Recording patient progress and adjusting the plan of care as needed
• Educating patients and families about the recovery process

Compensation

$80,000 - $100,000 + $5K Signing Bonus

Responsibilities

• Reviewing patients medical history
• Diagnosing patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns

Qualifications

Requirements

• Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in Oklahoma
• 1 Year Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred, new graduates strongly encouraged to apply
• Strong Manual Therapy and Clinical Reasoning Skills.

Education

• Graduate of Accredited Physical Therapy Program, licensed or eligible for licensure in State of Oklahoma.
