Job summary

Physical Therapy Central, part of Confluent Health, seeks a Physical Therapist licensed in Oklahoma to join its outpatient orthopedics team. You will assess patients, create personalized treatment plans, and guide recovery using manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and education.

Qualifications

• Oklahoma physical therapy licensure in good standing.
• 1 year outpatient orthopedics experience preferred; new graduates encouraged.
• Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills.

Responsibilities

• Review patients' medical history.
• Diagnose patients by observing movements and listening to concerns.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Outline clear goals and expected outcomes of the plan.
• Use exercises, stretching, equipment, and manual therapy to reduce pain and improve mobility.
• Record progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families about recovery process.

Compensation:

$80,000 - $100,000 + $10K Signing Bonus

Responsibilities

• Reviewing patients medical history
• Diagnosing patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns
• Developing individualized treatment plans for patients
• Outlining clear goals for patients and the expected outcomes of the plan
• Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage patients' pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury
• Recording patient progress and modifying the plan of care as needed
• Educating patients and family members about the recovery process associated with physical therapy

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in Oklahoma
• 1 Year Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred, new graduates strongly encouraged to apply
• Strong Manual Therapy and Clinical Reasoning Skills.

Education:

• Graduate of Accredited Physical Therapy Program, licensed or eligible for licensure in State of Oklahoma.
