Job summary

Prime Healthcare's Saint Mary of Nazareth Hospital in Chicago hires a Physical Therapist to deliver acute care services, restore function, and support safe discharges. This full-time role includes cross-training with inpatient services and a Monday–Friday outpatient schedule with rotating holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provides medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services in order to restore function and prevent disability in patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary and/or integumentary disorders.
• The Physical Therapist I performs responsibilities in accordance with Physical Therapy/Hospital Policy, state and federal regulatory licensing and accrediting requirements.
