Saint Mary of Nazareth Hospital in Chicago, IL is recruiting a full-time Physical Therapist I to deliver acute care PT services. The role includes Monday–Friday outpatient-style scheduling, with a sign-on bonus and mentorship support for new grads.

Expect a non-exempt schedule with a focus on safe patient discharge and mobility restoration. Applicants must hold a PT degree and state license; BCLS is required on hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Masters/Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current state Physical Therapy license.
• Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.

Responsibilities

• Provides medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services in order to restore function and prevent disability in patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary and/or integumentary disorders.
• The Physical Therapist I performs responsibilities in accordance with Physical Therapy/Hospital Policy, state and federal licensing and accrediting requirements.
• Utilizes approved treatment plans and documents progress per hospital policy.
