Job summary

Prime Healthcare is seeking a part-time Inpatient Physical Therapist to provide acute care physical therapy services, aimed at restoring function and promoting safe discharge. New grads are encouraged to apply with onboarding and mentorship.

Primary shifts are Friday through Monday, with one weekend day and one weekday per week required. This role offers flexible scheduling within a fast-paced hospital setting and opportunities for growth across a large health system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Masters/Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current state Physical Therapy license.
• Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.

Responsibilities

• Provides medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services to restore function and prevent disability in patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary and/or integumentary disorders.
• Performs responsibilities in accordance with Physical Therapy/Hospital Policy, state and federal regulatory licensing and accrediting requirements.

Responsibilities

Provides medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services in order to restore function and prevent disability in patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary and/or integumentary disorders. The Physical Therapist I performs responsibilities in accordance with Physical Therapy/Hospital Policy, state and federal regulatory licensing and accrediting requirements.
