Denton Nursing and Rehab in Maryland is actively seeking a Physical Therapist to join our compassionate team. You will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide patient-centered rehabilitation in a long-term care setting.

This role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities to grow within a top-rated facility. Qualifications include a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program and an active MD license or state registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide a comprehensive physical therapy evaluation based on MD's orders.
• Document findings on the standardized evaluation form, accurately and adhering to all guidelines.
• Provide a comprehensive treatment plan including long and short term goals, frequency, duration and treatment modalities.
• Ensure MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, re-certifications and discharges.
• Provide comprehensive treatment to patients utilizing modalities and modify patient treatment as indicated while adhering to precautions.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., Doctorate, MA or MS in Physical Therapy that is recognized by the APTA.
• Holds current license and/or registration in the state (as applicable)
