Qualifications

• Doctorate or B.S./M.A./MS in Physical Therapy recognized by APTA.
• Current Physical Therapy license/registration in Maryland or applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive PT evaluations based on physician orders.
• Document findings on standardized forms accurately and timely.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with long- and short-term goals, frequency, duration, and modalities.
• Obtain physician orders for evaluations, treatments, re-certifications, and discharges.
• Deliver patient-centered therapy while adhering to safety precautions and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., Doctorate, MA or MS in Physical Therapy that is recognized by the APTA.
• Holds current license and/or registration in the state (as applicable)

Job Responsibilities

• Provide a comprehensive physical therapy evaluation based on MD's orders.
• Document findings on the standardized evaluation form, accurately and adhering to all guidelines
• Provide a comprehensive treatment plan including long and short term goals, frequency, duration and treatment modalities
• Ensure MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, re-certifications and discharges.
• Provide comprehensive treatment to patients utilizing modalities and modify patient treatment as indicated while adhering to precautions.
