Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify impairments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Implement a range of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy and gait training.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and adjust care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Adhere to HIPAA, Medicare, and applicable regulatory standards.
