Job summary

Progressive Physical Therapy is hiring licensed physical therapists in California to provide individualized 1:1 care. You will assess movement, diagnose concerns, and develop tailored treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain. Expect use of exercises, manual therapy, and patient progress tracking in a supportive, outcomes-focused environment.

This full-time role includes AI-enabled documentation, generous PTO, and opportunities for growth through mentorship and education programs.

Qualifications

• California Physical Therapist licensure in good standing
• CPR and first aid certification required

Responsibilities

• Reviewing patients medical history
• Provide excellent 1:1 care for your patients, spending an average of 40 minutes with each person
• Diagnosing patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns
• Developing individualized treatment plans with clear goals and expected outcomes
• Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage pain and increase mobility
• Recording patient progress and modifying the plan of care as needed
