Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state license or eligibility to obtain a state license as a Physical Therapist.
• CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations of patients' medical history, physical condition, and functional abilities to determine the most effective treatment plan.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address the specific needs and goals of each patient.
• Utilize exercises, manual therapy, and equipment to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Monitor and document patients' progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate with other healthcare professionals involved in the patient's care.
• Educate patients and families on proper techniques for exercises and activities to continue progress at home.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and research in physical therapy and incorporate them into practice.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient treatments and progress.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards of practice and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' medical history, physical condition, and functional abilities to determine the most effective treatment plan
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address the specific needs and goals of each patient
• Utilize a variety of techniques and modalities, such as exercises, manual therapy, and equipment, to help patients improve their strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination
• Monitor and document patients' progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate with other healthcare professionals involved in the patient's care
• Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for exercises and activities to continue their progress at home
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and research in the field of physical therapy and incorporate them into practice
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient treatments and progress
• Adhere to all ethical and legal standards of practice and maintain patient confidentiality
• Collaborate with other team members, such as occupational therapists, speech therapists, and physicians, to provide comprehensive care to patients

Qualifications:
