Trinity Healthcare Talent Services, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist in Winchester, New Hampshire. The position offers a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with a weekend rotation. Position: Physical Therapist
Salary Range: $40-43 per hour
Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday with weekend rotation
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' medical history and physical condition to determine appropriate treatment plans
- Develop and implement individualized treatment programs based on patients' needs and goals
- Utilize a variety of techniques and modalities, such as exercise, manual therapy, and equipment, to help patients improve their physical function
- Monitor patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for self-care and injury prevention
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients
- Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately and efficiently
- Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in the provision of physical therapy services
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Current state Physical Therapy license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work weekends as needed
- CPR certification
