Job summary

Qualifications

  • CPR/BLS certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina and dexterity to perform job duties

  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address the specific needs and goals of each patient
  • Utilize a variety of techniques and modalities, such as exercises, manual therapy, and equipment, to help patients improve their strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination
  • Monitor and document patients' progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate with other healthcare professionals involved in the patient's care
  • Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for exercises and activities to continue their progress at home
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and research in the field of physical therapy and incorporate them into practice
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient treatments and progress
  • Adhere to all ethical and legal standards of practice and maintain patient confidentiality
  • Collaborate with other team members, such as occupational therapists, speech therapists, and physicians, to provide comprehensive care to patients

Job description

Position: Physical Therapist

Salary Range: $44.00 - $50.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, 5 days a week with weekend rotation
