Job summary

Community Physical Therapy is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a PRN role in Bellwood, IL. The position focuses on Medicare Part B outpatient therapy for adults with developmental disabilities and invites you to help build a brand-new therapy program.

You will work in an environment that values compassionate care, flexible scheduling, and meaningful patient relationships, contributing to a forward-looking outpatient service line.

Qualifications

• Speech Therapist (SLP) with compassion, reliability and ability to work independently.
• Experience with developmental disabilities or Medicare Part B is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Medicare Part B outpatient speech therapy to adults with developmental disabilities.
• Follow patients through their therapy journey from admit-to-discharge when needed.
