Community Physical Therapy (CPT) is seeking a compassionate, dependableOccupational Therapistfor a new therapy partnership in Bellwood, Illinois. This PRN role provides Medicare Part B services in an Intermediate Care Facility serving adults with developmental disabilities.

Setting and Responsibilities
You will provide relationship-based occupational therapy within anIntermediate Care Facilityusing an outpatient Medicare Part B service model. The resident population consists of adults with developmental disabilities who benefit from individualized support to improve independence, function, participation, and quality of life.
Qualifications
Ability to work independently and manage an assigned caseload.
Dependable, flexible, and patient-centered approach.
Strong interest in helping adults increase functional independence.
Experience with developmental disabilities or Medicare Part B services is preferred but not required.
