Job Summary
We seek a highly skilled and experienced Physical Therapist to provide patient care in a clinical setting. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing treatment programs to improve patient mobility and function. This role requires collaboration with healthcare teams and adherence to professional standards. Candidates must hold an active license and demonstrate commitment to quality care. This is a contract position with a 13 to 26-week commitment, offering a completion bonus and working primarily day shifts.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments to evaluate physical condition and functional capabilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
- Provide therapeutic interventions including exercises, manual therapy, and use of modalities.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain equipment and ensure a safe treatment environment.
- Comply with all regulatory and organizational policies and procedures.
Required Skills & Certifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Washington.
- Experience in physical therapy, preferably in clinical or hospital settings.
- Ability to complete all required credentialing and quality assurance documentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills & Certifications
- Experience working with a variety of patient populations and conditions.
- Previous contract or travel therapy experience.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and documentation systems.
Special Considerations
- Must complete ATI clearance documentation prior to assignment start.
- Compact license accepted for Washington and Alaska.
- Not eligible for rehire if worked with ATI within the past year.
- Equipment provided during interview process.
- No on-call requirements.

Scheduling
- Day shifts with a 32-hour workweek during holiday weeks.
- 13 to 26-week contract commitment.
- Weekly billing cycle.
- Overtime paid at 1.5 times regular rate.
