Job summary

ATC Healthcare is seeking a Physical Therapist for a contract position in Vancouver, WA. The role focuses on evaluating, developing, and implementing individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and functional independence.

Responsibilities include evaluations, creating treatment plans, documenting progress, collaborating with care teams, and educating patients and caregivers. Requires WA PT license, BLS, and 1+ year PT experience.

Qualifications

• Active Washington PT License
• Current BLS (AHA or American Red Cross)
• Minimum 1 year PT experience
• COVID vaccination
• Recent PPD test or chest X-ray
• Clear criminal background check & drug screening
• Reliable transportation and smartphone
